    The City and County of San Francisco is holding a competitive solicitation process to collaborate with innovative startups as part of the Startup in Residence program.

    Guidelines:
    Contracts awarded from the City & County of San Francisco will be awarded consistent with the Pilot Project provisions captured under Chapter 21, Section 21.5(e) of the San Francisco Administrative Code which is further discussed in the Office of Contract Administration Rules & Regulations to Chapter 21 (linked here for your reference).

    This contract is subject to the requirements of City and County of San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12X, which prohibits the City from entering into any Contract with a Consultant that has its United States headquarters in a state with laws that perpetuate discrimination against LGBT populations (“Covered State”) or where any or all of the work on the contract will be performed in any of those states.
