City of Phoenix: Enable project and portfolio dashboard reporting to assist City leadership in making data driven decisions for all Citywide technology investments
The Challenge The City of Phoenix is seeking a assessment of the effectiveness and suitablity of Microsoft Project Web App (PWA) solution to deliver flexible project and portfolio dashboard reporting to enable planning, forecasting and smart decision making for our citywide technology investments and projects.
Contracting Approach Through City Innovate’s 2019-2020 Startup in Residence (STIR) program, the City of Phoenix may enter into a contract with one or more selected Startups, accepting the preceding STIR procurement process as valid.

What happens after I submit an application? 1. Application will be formally evaluated and scored in December as part of phase 1 2. The highest scoring applicant may be invited in December to phase 2 3. Phase 2 consists of a demonstration period (typically January - May 2020 but can be shorter or longer based on mutual agreement) 4. At the end of phase 2, a final evaluation will be conducted 5. Based on the results of the final evaluation, the government may enter into paid contract (nearly 80% of startups enter into a contract)
