City of Phoenix: Provide dashboards of public service requests made by residents to various departments in the City of Phoenix
The Challenge The City of Phoenix is seeking a mechanism to export the CRM data from our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to a SQL Server database in Azure solution to to facilitate rapid dashboarding so we can provide for our city leadership and residents with realtime dashboards on city service requests efficiencies.
Contracting Approach Through City Innovate’s 2019-2020 Startup in Residence (STIR) program, the City of Phoenix may enter into a contract with one or more selected Startups, accepting the preceding STIR procurement process as valid.

What happens after I submit an application? 1. Application will be formally evaluated and scored in December as part of phase 1 2. The highest scoring applicant may be invited in December to phase 2 3. Phase 2 consists of a demonstration period (typically January - May 2020 but can be shorter or longer based on mutual agreement) 4. At the end of phase 2, a final evaluation will be conducted 5. Based on the results of the final evaluation, the government may enter into paid contract (nearly 80% of startups enter into a contract)
