To clarify, could you please elaborate on:

1) Would you consider using simple interactive decision trees or does it have to be a chatbot? Unlike chatbots using natural language, interactive decision trees use real tone/language and let your audience make quick choices and automatically get your recommendations in less then 30 seconds. The whole activity can be transcripted and analysed for further improvements in services and experiences.
2) Creating/maintaining Chatbots usually expensive and require advanced level of coding & development. Are you open to considering much more effective alternatives like interactive decision trees that require no coding skills and anyone can create/maintain on an ongoing basis for a great overall experience?
