Is Cuyahoga County able to send a data sample?
Cuyahoga County is not able to send a data sample directly as we are not administrators of the Zoom Prospector platform. However, data can be exported directly from the public site: https://properties.zoomprospector.com/ohio/?page=1&s%5BSortDirection%5D=true&s%5BSortBy%5D=featured

How frequently do you expect municipalities to update available land and buildings data?
City staff use a web-based interface to enter and update information on sites (land and/or buildings) in their municipality to Zoom Prospector. The best practice is for city staff to monitor the status of each site they have listed and update the Zoom Prospector listing whenever there is a change in status. The Zoom Prospector system requires that city staff review each listing on a regular basis, even if there are no changes to report, typically every 90 days.

What type of data portals are currently being used by municipalities to store available land and buildings data on the statewide website? How many are currently in use? How many cities are without a portal?
JobsOhio operates a commercial property data platform known as Zoom Prospector (active link). This is a statewide platform. The local administrator for Cuyahoga County is the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the regional chamber of commerce. It is also possible that municipalities in Cuyahoga County use other platforms or tools to communicate property data on an individual basis.
