Would it be possible to get a screenshot or printouts of the application that you are currently using? We want to ensure that we are collecting all of the pertinent data.

I am told there are no APIs that can be accessed externally. There is an AP processing flat file format that apparently could be used, but IT would need to research that once we selected a vendor. It has been surprisingly difficult to produce screenshots of the system, but I think I’ve put something together that summarizes the fields that get filled in. Hi- Would you like to have the ability to have a pre-authorization workflow where employees would be required to get approval for travel beforehand?
With the Single Sign-on requirement, we're assuming you're using Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, etc. Is that correct?
