Background The Clark County Information Technology Department is seeking a comprehensive, effective, and robust solution to provide emergency alerting to County personnel via message scrolling across laptop or desktop screens as well as mobility solutions such as phones or tablets. The solution to provide real-time notification for our employees is invaluable for Clark County to offer for safety.
